Our students have been hard at work practicing dressings and splinting as part of our First Aid & CPR unit. These hands-on skills are critical for responding effectively in emergency situations and can truly save lives.
💡 Fun Fact:
Thousands of lives are lost each year in situations where basic first aid could have made a difference:
• 900 people die from choking
• 2,500 from blocked airways
• 29,000 from heart attacks
These numbers highlight just how important it is to be prepared. Our students are building the knowledge and confidence to step in when it matters most! 💪
